Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
